Artists are asked to donate 1 or more pieces to the auction. We welcome new and exciting talent and are calling for both emerging and established artists to submit. Please see Art Auction Submission Form below.
As we have a number limit for our entries, selection will include sensitivity to materials, technical accomplishment and conceptual development. The Committee reserves the right to select artworks for display.
It is hoped that artists are able to donate 100% of the proceeds raised but we will pay up to 50% of the sale price to the donating artist if they require.
Payments to the artist will be via bank transfer no later than 14 days after the event.

What are the different categories?
Oils, acrylics, watercolour, drawing, pastel, pen and ink, prints, mixed media, photography.
3D works – Sculpture
Stone, timber, bronze, metal, acrylic, mixed media.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW AS AN ARTIST?
- All entries must be clearly labelled on the reverse with the Artist’s name, Title of Work, Price and contact details.
- Copyright remains the property of the artist. Artists agree to allow use of part or whole images of their work for promotional purposes.
- All 2 D artworks must be fitted with flat D- rings and line positioned to ensure work hangs flat to wall. Works without hanging facility will not be hung.
